Your role is to facilitate this event with other parents in your class.

Details:

• The party will take place after recess, between 12-1pm.

From 12pm, students will come in to their classroom for the party (although if the weather is nice, some classes may wish to hold the party outdoors).  Festivities end at approximately 1pm. 

• Party food: This year we are trialing ordering party food through Flexi Schools to avoid Class Parents having to collect money.

• Parents are welcome to come before, during and after the party to help set up and clean up. For the K-2, a couple of parents may need to help with party activities like colouring in comps, pass the parcel, etc. Older kids usually ok to chill - check with teachers. 

• Class parents - please check with your teachers as to how they would like the day to unfold; i.e. do they need help with activities (e.g. K-2) or just coordination of food. 

• Remember to present your teacher with their gift(s) from the class.
